Morgan Barsi, Transactions Counsel, joined the company in April 2024, where he leads Renewa’s land acquisition transactions across the U.S.  Mr. Barsi has over eight years of experience facilitating land acquisitions and divestments in the clean energy industry, most recently with Savion.

Mr. Barsi received a B.A. from Emory University in 2000, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in 2004, and an MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business in 2014.
