Mr. Rich is the Vice President Land at Renewa, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the land department, including implementing Renewa’s acquisition strategy with teams across the U.S. Mr. Rich has more than a decade of experience leading land teams and facilitating land acquisitions in the energy industry. Most recently, Mr. Rich was the Crew Chief for T-O Land & Minerals, Inc. While at T-O Land & Minerals, he managed teams of land agents working on behalf of institutional clients and aggregating land positions in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Mr. Rich earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Management) from Oklahoma State University.
